　　新疆巴州和碩團結公園位于北干渠的東側，場(chǎng)地平整，有 4 條交叉的現狀路通過(guò)場(chǎng)地，將場(chǎng)地分割為井字體形，并有幾處林帶分布其中。如何最大限度的利用北干渠的水資源成為本次設計的關(guān)鍵。

　　首先保留了貫穿南北向的現狀路及兩側的林帶，形成了場(chǎng)地的東區和西區。西區靠近北干渠一側，呈現相對狹長(cháng)的地塊，為此將西區通過(guò)地形穿插緩解護岸的高差，同時(shí)又形成多個(gè)曲而幽的自然小空間。設置了 2 條步道。這里以靜、幽、圍的組合形成空間的特征。其次，東區是公園的主軸線(xiàn)空間，由兩側規則形水池和中央自然形水池構成場(chǎng)所的骨架，主軸線(xiàn)由南至北分別設置了景觀(guān)塔、光影閣及寄思壇。同時(shí)在最南及北端還設置了下沉廣場(chǎng)及北入口廣場(chǎng)。這里以動(dòng)、悅、敞的組合形成空間的特征。

　　景觀(guān)塔完成了看與被看的功能需求，強化了場(chǎng)所的中心存在；光影閣嘗試了光影變化的時(shí)與空序列，承載著(zhù)景觀(guān)塔的對景呼應；寄思壇演繹了圍合與開(kāi)放的雙重體驗，界定了空間的領(lǐng)域感；曲直蜿蜒的園路，串連著(zhù)各異的空間體感；既存樹(shù)列的保留，呼喚場(chǎng)所的記憶與肌理；自然中的規整種植，統合著(zhù)無(wú)關(guān)的場(chǎng)所；北干渠動(dòng)東岸的整修，構筑渠·園一體化的格局；水面最大化的引入，寄托了百姓的情懷；東區略顯張揚的構建，滿(mǎn)足了時(shí)代的需求；西區習以為常的空間過(guò)渡，彰顯常規中的非常規。中央廣場(chǎng)的旋轉式格局，完成了縱向與橫向動(dòng)線(xiàn)的延續和轉換；下沉廣場(chǎng)圍合的空間，提供了全天候戶(hù)外活動(dòng)的小環(huán)境，并為公園的南向延伸成為可能。

　　開(kāi)放、輕盈、寧靜、遼闊的水，變幻、激情、神秘、無(wú)形的光，構筑了場(chǎng)所——水與光的秩序。

　　Order in Water and Light – Xinjiang Bazhou Heshuo Solidarity Park

　　Xinjiang Bazhou Heshuo Solidarity Park is located on an area of level ground on the east side of the North Channel. There are four roads crossing through the site maintaining the whole site in a reticular formation with forest interspersed among them. The overall consideration was maximising the use of the water resource in the North Channel and this became the key to the whole design.

　　Firstly, a forest belt running in a north to south direction along the road has been retained and divides the site into eastern and western areas. The western area which is near the North Channel is made up of relatively narrow plots and has been designed to be a secluded and quiet space whilst the terrain is interspersed with two pathways which seek to ease the elevation of the channel revetments. This combination of quiet and inner seclusion come together to form a spacial characteristic for the area.

　　Secondly, the eastern part which comprises the main axis of the park, has been constructed using regularly shaped pools on both sides with a naturally formed pool in the centre. A Landscape Tower, a Light Pavilion and a memorial altar have been constructed along the main axis in a north to south direction. Sunken squares have been designed on the northern and southern edges of the park. Furthermore, an entrance square has been located on the northern edge of the whole park.

　　The entire park has spacial characteristics formed through a combination of vitality, happiness and openness.
