　　設計背景　BACKGROUND

　　江夏區，武漢的南大門(mén)，是楚文化發(fā)祥地之一，境內湖泊星羅棋布，素有“百湖之縣” 之美譽(yù)，是南北文化交融、新舊文化碰撞之地。

　　Jiangxia District, the southern gate of Wuhan, is one of the birthplaces of Chu culture. The lakes in the territory are dotted with the reputation of “hundreds of lakes”. It is a place where the culture of the North and the South blends and the old and new cultures collide.

　　設計挑戰　CHANLLENGE

　　作為一個(gè)為年輕群體打造的商住項目，設計面臨三大挑戰，一是如何在有限的空間內增強入口引導區的昭示性；二是如何結合地域文化，打造富有特色的場(chǎng)地屬性；三是如何利用建筑入口與市政人行道之間不到一米的高差，形成儀式感的入口空間。

　　As a commercial and residential project for young people, the project have three major challenges: firstly, how to enhance the visibility of the entrance guide area in a limited space; secondly, how to combine regional culture to create a characteristic venue property; thirdly, a height difference of less than one meter between the entrance of the building and the municipal sidewalk is used to form a ceremonial entrance space.

　　設計主題　DESIGN THEME

　　設計以“隱”為主題，營(yíng)造“物我隱境，極簡(jiǎn)成作”的日式禪意空間氛圍，別出新意地引領(lǐng)“大隱隱于市”的極簡(jiǎn)生活美學(xué)。景觀(guān)設計以一種低調質(zhì)樸的姿態(tài)，呼應場(chǎng)地和建筑，在有限的空間內打造小而美的精致空間。

　　With the theme of “hidden”, the design creates a Japanese-style Zen atmosphere with “ invisible and extremely simple”. The project introduces the minimalist life aesthetics of “great hidden in the city”. The landscape design is in a low-key and simple posture, echoing the venue and the building, creating a small and beautiful space in a limited space.

　　設計元素　DESIGN ELEMENTS

　　對江夏的江湖水文化進(jìn)行元素的延展和提取，在平面構圖和設計元素中，以有機的折線(xiàn)形式展現水的紋理的不同形態(tài)，或流動(dòng)或自由，或平靜或波瀾。

　　Extending and extracting the elements of rivers and lakes in Jiangxia. the different forms of water texture, or flowing or free, or calm or wave, are displayed in the form of organic fold lines.

　　設計內容　DESIGN CONTENTS

　　設計以“物我隱境，極簡(jiǎn)成作”為主題，以“江湖水紋”為設計元素，串聯(lián)五大景觀(guān)節點(diǎn)——知物、鏡水、微語(yǔ)、蹊道、禪境。

　　The design and the theme of “I am in a state of mind, minimalism”, with the design elements of “water and river water”, connect five major landscape nodes—thinking, mirror water, whispering, martyrdom, and Zen.

　　知物——物見(jiàn)于外，簡(jiǎn)約其中

　　將紅線(xiàn)外原有的土丘進(jìn)行地形改造，打造成為主要人流來(lái)向——文化大道街角的引導展區。一組延伸的白色景墻和案名LOGO相連接，形成轉角的連續界面，極簡(jiǎn)而醒目。竹林的種植在遮擋現狀障礙物的同時(shí)，營(yíng)造干凈純粹的綠色背景。

　　The original mounds outside the red line will be reconstructed to create a leading exhibition area for the main pedestrian flow. A set of extended white walls and the case name LOGO are connected to form a continuous interface with a corner, which is minimal and conspicuous. Bamboo planting creates a clean, pure green background while obstructing the current obstacles.

　　鏡水——一方墨池，御水成景

　　示范區前場(chǎng)利用建筑入口與市政人行道之間不到一米的高差，結合臺地花池、下沉洽談區設計成一方鏡水，通過(guò)臺階和汀步涉水而入，而半月形的水幕雕塑和錯動(dòng)的條石相映襯，與水中倒影形成靈動(dòng)的畫(huà)面。

　　The front field of the demonstration area uses a height difference of less than one meter between the entrance of the building and the municipal sidewalk. Combined with the terraced flower pond and the sinking negotiation area, it is designed as a mirror water, which enters through the steps and Tingbu, and the half moon-shaped water curtain The sculpture and the staggered stone contrast with each other to form a dynamic picture with the reflection in the water.

　　微語(yǔ)——潺潺清風(fēng)，微微細語(yǔ)

　　示范區后場(chǎng)作為可視不可達的庭院，設計成富有禪意的現代日式風(fēng)格，采用有機而寫(xiě)意的線(xiàn)條勾勒出輪廓，以不同顆粒大小的白色礫石模擬水的形態(tài)，綠島穿插其中，景石點(diǎn)綴其上，古樸而不失新意。

　　The back field of the demonstration area is designed as a visually unreachable courtyard. It is designed in a Zen-inspired modern Japanese style. The lines are outlined by organic and freehand lines. .

　　蹊道——空明小徑，曲徑通幽

　　看房通道通過(guò)架空層到達室外，架空層內為半開(kāi)放空間，采用碎拼水洗石鋪裝，通過(guò)微地形與后場(chǎng)庭院形成流線(xiàn)的阻隔和視覺(jué)的通達。室外入戶(hù)通道一側以白色礫石和草坪豐富綠化層次，并穿插條石水景，形成靜謐而空靈的空間。

　　The viewing channel reaches the outdoor through the overhead layer, and the semi-open space in the overhead layer is paved with shredded water washed stone to form a streamlined barrier and visual access through the micro-topography and the backyard courtyard.

　　禪境——輕靈禪意，物我隱境

　　樣板庭院為L(cháng)形空間，設計了兩大功能區，一側為較安靜的飲茶冥想區，一側為較活潑的會(huì )客活動(dòng)區。正對入口的水景、新月形的裝飾景墻、以及木質(zhì)格柵的設計和室內空間的日式禪意風(fēng)格相呼應。

　　The model courtyard is an L-shaped space, designed with two functional areas, one side is a quieter tea meditation area, and one side is a more lively meeting area.

　　匠心細節　DESIGN DETAIL

　　植物選種是應對武漢氣候精心挑選的，并特別考慮了季節變換和抗逆性等屬性。設計師選用了當地的特色樹(shù)種，在添加了一些自然野趣之外，也柔化了建筑和景觀(guān)硬化過(guò)于嚴肅的外型，種植池采用的白色花崗巖石材延續了售樓處建筑的儀式感，同時(shí)黑白灰跳色的石材鋪裝賦予了參觀(guān)步道活躍的視覺(jué)效果。

　　The white granite stone used in the planting pond continued the ceremonial sense of the sales office building. The black and white gray stone paving gives the visitor an active visual effect.
