　　這次并沒(méi)有像以前一樣設計開(kāi)放式的洽談區域，而是設置了四人為一組的洽談空間進(jìn)行打造，這樣不僅保證每一組洽談的客戶(hù)都有自己的風(fēng)景，也尊重每一組客戶(hù)和置業(yè)顧問(wèn)的談判內容。

　　深圳作為國際一線(xiàn)城市，更是個(gè)濱海城市。告別鱗次櫛比的水泥堤壩，由深圳市裕和集團傾力打造的青谷CYAN VALLEY項目，其本意就是歸還濱海之城的本來(lái)面目——“與海相親”。

　　青谷住宅建筑項目由荷蘭建筑設計事務(wù)所UNStudio團隊設計，建筑設計以溪涌景觀(guān)為主要靈感, 將其轉化為平滑連續的曲線(xiàn)體系結構，其設計概念為“觀(guān)海疊翠”：錯落有致的建筑體由統一的模塊組成，形成不同高度、不盡相同的休閑平臺及天臺，為住戶(hù)創(chuàng )造了獨特的濱海生活空間及看海感受。

　　CYAN VALLEY residential building project is designed by UNStudio team of Dutch architectural design firm. The main inspiration of the architectural design is stream landscape, It is transformed into a smooth and continuous curve system structure, and its design concept is "sea view and Emerald": the scattered buildings are composed of unified modules, forming different leisure platforms and rooftops of different heights, creating a unique coastal living space and sea view experience for residents.
